ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the CedaXpress Youth Pulse Challenge, you must:

• Be aged 18–35 years old.
• Be a legal citizen of Nigeria (whether resident in Nigeria or not).
• Register via the official CedaXpress registration page.

This campaign is subject to all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws. Void where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO THE RULES

By participating, you (“the Contestant”) agree to be bound by these Rules. You confirm you meet the eligibility criteria and accept the final decisions of CedaXpress and its management.

CONTEST PERIOD

Registration begins: 24th June 2025
Voting starts: 4th July 2025
Voting ends: 12th July 2025
(Dates may change if deemed necessary)

HOW TO ENTER

• Entry is free. No purchase is required.
• Contestants must upload a photo or submit via WhatsApp/Instagram if allowed.
• All registration details must be completed accurately.
• Misrepresentation or late entries may be disqualified or deferred.
• All contestants agree to allow their photos, names, and stories to be used for promotional purposes by CedaXpress for up to 1 year.
• A valid national ID may be required before prize collection.

WINNER SELECTION & MILESTONE REWARDS

Winners are no longer selected strictly by rank. Instead, **prizes are unlocked based on the number of valid votes each contestant receives**, as follows:

• 2,000 votes – Bronze (Starter Star): ₦50,000 + free entry to next contest
• 4,000 votes – Silver (Rising Star): ₦100,000 + token gift
• 6,000 votes – Gold (Power Star): ₦150,000 + recognition gift
• 8,000 votes – Diamond (Hero Star): ₦200,000 + premium gift
• 10,000 votes – Platinum (Crown Finalist): ₦300,000 + larger gift
• 15,000+ votes – Champion: ₦500,000 + full gift package + official crown

Only contestants who reach at least the Bronze Milestone (2,000 votes) will be eligible for cash or token rewards.

Votes must be valid and cast only through the official CedaXpress platform. Voting is priced at ₦50 per vote.

VOTES & REFUNDS

• Votes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The organization is not liable for any mistaken or duplicate payments.
• Vote tallies may not be disclosed except where required by Nigerian law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

GENERAL TERMS

• CedaXpress is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect entry, voting, or payouts.
• The organization reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time.
• Any contestant found to manipulate, cheat, or mislead voters may be disqualified.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to improve clarity or structure.

GOVERNING LAW

This contest is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All disputes will be handled under applicable Nigerian law.
